How I support you
I help you focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of what prevents you from moving forward after a crisis, not “just” dealing with the symptoms.
Together we build a powerful mental and emotional toolbox, and equip you with the right tools to support your emotional health and well-being.
Where do we start?
The very first step on this journey together with me is that we meet for a Discovery Session, where you get to know me a bit and see if the way I coach resonates with you. It’s so important that you feel that you can trust the person that is going to help you through on this journey, whether that’s me or someone else. It’s your decision.
These individualised coaching sessions includes the following:
- Private coaching session either in Zürich or via Skype/Zoom.
- Customised homework assignments and support material such as books, videos, articles and other resources to accelerate your growth.
- Support via email, phone or chat (such as WhatsApp) between sessions should you need it.
- Accountability! I will be there to cheer you on, to help you work through your frustrations, and ask those uncomfortable questions that will help you grow and succeed.
