Where do we start?

The very first step on this journey together with me is that we meet for a Discovery Session, where you get to know me a bit and see if the way I coach resonates with you. It’s so important that you feel that you can trust the person that is going to help you through on this journey, whether that’s me or someone else. It’s your decision.

What is EFT tapping?

EFT is a self-help technique where we tap the meridian points of the body (acupressure) with our fingertips to help the body’s stress response (fight-or-flight response) to re-balance the emotional and hormonal states in the body. It is also used to help the body clear emotional and physical blockages, such as psychosomatic issues. 

It can be used to:

  • Overcome stress, anxiety, overwhelm and other negative emotions such as anger, sadness, grief, shame, or guilt
  • Release fears and phobias such as fear of flying, fear of certain animals, or fear of heights 
  • Break “bad” habits such as procrastination, emotional eating, or smoking
  • Reduce the stress and worry when faced with *physical pain and other health challenges
  • Remove unconscious blocks that stops you from success, financial freedom, or healthy relationships
