From organising LEGO® to creating my first balcony garden :-)

Dear reader,

We are mid-March, and “my” Uetliberg forest is waking up again. It is truly magical to follow the rhythm of nature; the seasons; the colours; the light; the sounds and the smells.

However, when I’m not in the forest or coaching my awesome clients (and I was done with my mammoth task of sorting my son’s LEGO® 😀 ), I felt the need to find a new, fun and “work unrelated” project. To my absolute delight I tripped over an on-line class on how to create your own veggie garden on your balcony!

The importance of choosing and blending your very own, nourishing bio soil, the containers you choose, the quality of the seeds you put in the soli, will all affect the end result; i.e the lovely veggies I will harvest and give to my family to eat.

Equally, it’s so important how you nourish yourself (think of yourself at the little plant 😉 ) with hobbies & activities you love and spark joy. The bonus is that you often end up meeting like-minded people that you get to share your learning journey with (yes, also on-line, so totally Covid conform).

Maybe NOW is the perfect time to learn about a certain topic, learning a new language, or trying a craft? Chances are that there are tons of on-line classes and YouTube videos out there now, many of them for free, where you can start this new journey! Have a go, it will be fun 🙂

I wish you all a wonderful spring!

Warm regards,
Karin
