The Emotional Resilience & Stress Reduction Workshops are designed to teach you how to assess your emotional wellness, and give you tools that will help you reduce stress effectively. You will gain a deeper understanding about how your brain reacts to stress, and develop stress coping strategies that you can use both personally and professionally.

The workshops can be held both in person (Switzerland) and online.
