Workshop: End Emotional Eating with EFT tapping

This is a Covid19 version of my regular group workshop, as I can only see one person at the time for now. This offer is exclusively available in April, May and June of 2020.

Do you have a sneaky feeling that there is something deeper at play as to why you keep on using food for comfort despite “knowing what you should be doing”?

You somehow know that the “food craving trolls” whispering “Just eat the chocolate, no one will notice!” needs to be addressed and lovingly escorted out of the way before you can reach your weight loss goals.

This workshop is for you who are open-minded to explore a very funny looking, but highly effective, acupressure technique EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – aka. tapping) to your daily practice. You are also not afraid to face the root cause of why you use food to deal with emotions.

EFT is scientifically proven tool can help you shift things in the brain and reduce food cravings. In her recent study, Dr. Peta Stapelton at Bond University in Australia, has produced a very interesting results on how effective EFT tapping is when it comes to reduce, and in some cases even eliminate food cravings. She even has really cool MRI scan pictures to prove it!

In this very interactive and deep going workshop, we will be focusing on:

  • why EFT tapping seems to work so well to release food cravings
  • work specifically with your own trigger foods, so make sure you have your favourite chocolate bar or bag of crisps nearby
  • make sure you have a toolbox full of practical and doable tools that will help you re-focus your thoughts before reaching the fridge

Rate: 190 CHF for a private 90 minute workshop session, including a workbook and individualised and in depth tapping on your own issues, something I rarely have time for in a group setting.

N.B. This workshop is not going to be about what, when or how much to eat. It’s also not going to cover how, and when to exercise, although building new, sustainable habits for these issues might be a nice side effect of our work together.

We will be meeting at my practice in Zürich, or via Skype/Zoom.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you!
